Ah, this is yet another round of free publicity earned through hard work and time! An art group from the People’s Republic of Bangladesh is using my watercolor painting for their promotion and sharing it with everyone.

Profile: Tsai Chen-Ying

世界藝術家聯盟會主席、花蓮縣美術協會輔導會長蔡震穎，多年以來領導該會核心幹部革新會務形式，加強培訓會員正確繪畫理念及技術，引領會員同仁向外拓展視野，鼓勵參與國際公開繪畫競賽，從中獲得寶貴經驗。並且每年在花蓮辦理大型國際繪畫藝術大展，同時邀請境外知名藝術家前來花蓮近距交流，借由此舉促進地方藝文風氣再昇華，人民的生活品味更優雅社會秩序更和善。蔡理事長並呼籲花蓮縣在地企業、社會士紳、公司行號老闆、各個藝文社團及所有對藝術共同的愛好者，大家一起齊心共力，為花蓮家鄉這一塊美麗的後花園來打造成為世界級的藝文創作基地，讓全球各地的藝文目光聚焦台灣花蓮，使花蓮成為名符其實的一塊發光閃亮的鑽石瑰寶。

Chairman Tsai Chen-Ying, President of the World Artists Alliance and Advisor of the Hualien County Fine Arts Association, has for many years led the core leadership team in reforming the organization’s structure, strengthening member training in both correct artistic concepts and techniques. He has guided fellow members to broaden their horizons and encouraged them to participate in international open painting competitions, gaining valuable experience in the process.

Each year, he also organizes a large-scale international painting exhibition in Hualien, inviting renowned foreign artists to engage in close cultural exchange. These efforts have significantly enhanced the local artistic and cultural atmosphere, fostering a more refined lifestyle and a more harmonious society.

Chairman Tsai further calls on local enterprises, community leaders, business owners, arts and cultural organizations, and all art lovers to join forces in transforming Hualien—this beautiful backyard of Taiwan—into a world-class hub for artistic creation. He envisions Hualien becoming a shining diamond on the global arts and culture map, drawing international attention to this remarkable gem of Taiwan.

蔡震穎在四年多前親手打造出的「丅Aㄒ- ㄒsai Chen Yin GLOBL CULTURE & ART WORKSTATION」並在馬國成立國際推廣部，由鄧鳳燕老師負責國際事務及各項業務推廣，丅Aㄒ的立宗精神為提供國際藝文的最新動向，倡導正確的基礎美教，配合校園深耕美育培訓和身障學校的補導工作及配合社會愛心慈善之需要，使社會安和。目前ㄒAㄒ已在馬國開枝散葉並受到社會注意和重視，相對的也帶給台灣之光、花蓮的榮耀！

More than four years ago, Tsai Chen-Yin personally established the “TAT – Tsai Chen Yin Global Culture & Art Workstation” and set up an international promotion department in Malaysia, with Ms. Deng Feng-Yan in charge of international affairs and business development. The founding mission of TAT is to provide the latest global trends in art and culture, advocate for proper foundational art education, support in-depth art training in schools, offer guidance for schools for the disabled, and respond to social needs for charity and compassion—fostering a peaceful and harmonious society.

Currently, TAT has taken root and flourished in Malaysia, gaining attention and recognition from the public. In doing so, it has not only brought honor to Hualien but also shone a spotlight on Taiwan’s cultural achievements.
